Location: The Mt. Bethel Tract is located on Helms Road approximately three (3) miles southwest of Arkadelphia near the Central community and is described as Part of NW1/4, Section 34, Township 7 South, Range 20 West, containing 37.75 acres, more or less, Clark County, Arkansas (see back of offer form for complete legal description from March, 2015 survey plat).
Tract Description: The Mt. Bethel Tract has paved frontage on Helms Road. A branch of Deceiper Creek crosses through tract. Timber consists of mature pine and hardwood sawtimber. Terrain is rolling.
